WASTE REMOVAL: (all areas)
This is our primary business. We provide weekly, bi-weekly, twice weekly, one time and special cleanings. We find, pick up, bag, remove & properly dispose of the waste off your property.
ALSO: we will remove any small wild deceased animals while we are in your yard at NO charge to you. i.e. mice, rats, moles, birds, rabbits etc. |

MOWING: (Omaha)
We provide weekly, vacation and one time mowings. Our mowings consist of a professional cutting of your lawn, trimming of all areas and blowing away the excess grass left on all walkable areas. We do not bag the grass due to the high performance blades we use. However, if we are asked to bag, there is an additional fee. Weekly mowing starts at $27.50 per week. |

FALL/SPRING CLEAN-UP/HEDGE TRIMMING: (Omaha)
We provide raking of leaves, cleaning of flower beds and most miscellaneous yard work. Hedge trimming is also available.
Pricing: we charge a labor rate of $45 per man hour and up for any and all yard care work. |

FERTILIZATION and WEED CONTROL:
(Omaha & Council Bluffs)
We offer a 6 or 7 step program. One step more than most. Why? We provide spot spraying of weeds ALL season long, even weekly if needed. Pricing starts at $25 per application and Grub Control is included. Our program is as follows:
April - pre-emerg/fertilizer w/weed control
May - pre-emerg/fertilizer w/weed control
June - slow-release fertilizer, weed control
July - grub control/fertilizer, weed control
August - slow-release Fertilizer, weed control
September- slow-release Fertilizer, weed control
October/November- Winterizer fertilizer
**Complete yard spraying is available for heavily infested broadleaf weeds.
Pricing: $15 p/1000 sq. ft.
Licensed by Dept of Agriculture for Residential and Commercial applications.

AERATION AND AERATION/OVER-SEEDING: (Omaha)
Aeration only, starting at $25.00.
Aeration with Over-seeding starting at $50.00 *Call for exact costs based on square footage of lawn.
Why use these services?
With an aeration you help nutrients and water get down into the root system which also helps relieve stress on heavy thatch lawns. Over-seeding helps strengthen lawns and introduce new and stronger grasses.
NOTE:
We are commercial licensed in liquid or granular fertilizer, weed control & outdoor insect control.

SNOW REMOVAL: (Omaha)
We provide residential snow removal on a we-will-arrive-as-soon-as-we-can-get-to-you basis. We follow a scheduled route to reach all our customers so we cannot always promise an early morning arrival.
Pricing PER VISIT is as follows
(includes walks and front porches and steps):
Single wide driveway - $20
Double wide driveway - $30
Triple wide driveway or 3 car garage - $40
Corner lots - $10 extra
Heavy snows of 8" or more - $15 extra
Returning to redo what city piles back in front of driveways after we have cleaned - $15 extra.
(NOTE: Customers leaving newspapers under the snow that get caught in the blower are charged a labor rate of $60 p/hr for the time to unclog the blower!)
