HOW OFTEN DO YOU COME OUT TO CLEAN?
We do our very best to be in your yard scooping at the same time each week. That way even if you are not home during the day, you will know “about” when we were there. However the time may vary as you refer friends, family and neighbors to us for service, and business “Picks-Up”.
WHEN AND HOW DO WE PAY?
We accept cash, checks, bank drafts or money orders and you are conveniently billed monthly by mail or email. THIS IS A PREPAID SERVICE, we bill in advance of each month. We require payment be received by the 15th of the month. The Due Date is clearly printed on your invoice. A NON OPTIONAL $15.00 late fee is due with your payment if received ON or AFTER the 30th. At which time your service will be put on hold till the balance is received. If the balance is not received within 7 additional days, invoice will be sent to collections and future services are terminated.
We apologize for the stiff payment policy. But, we have been taken advantage of many times in the past with this service and need to protect our time and efforts.
WHAT IF WE HAVEN’T CLEANED IN QUITE A WHILE?
This is quite frequent with most new customers. To be fair to you and to us having to do the cleaning, we have come up with a “formula” if- you-will. This is based on years of scooping and study’s of dogs waste habits. We charge this on the first visit only if necessary, an excessive waste fee / initial clean up fee. This is added to your first invoice. The average dog goes 2 times a day if fed properly and given the appropriate amount per feeding. The total number of piles picked up, divided by 2 piles p/day/p/dog, divided by 7 (days in a week) times weekly charged amount for waste removal. Added to your first invoice only.
WHAT ABOUT DURING BAD WEATHER?
We are not afraid of a little rain or snow. If there’s a light rain or snow, WE’LL BE THERE. If there are storms a brewing’ we may have to wait until the storm passes, or for the next business day, unless we encounter heavy rain or snow that puts a blanket of snow over what we come to collect. Should that happen, we’ll postpone pick up until the following week when we can efficiently and effectively clean your entire yard. If this causes us to miss a week or more, please understand that for as long as you own your dog(s) the quantity and quality of pick up will be the same, therefore a price adjustment in these cases is not made.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE GO ON VACATION?
When you go on vacation we get jealous because its not us!
However, if your dog(s) went along with you or you have them boarded, the time away will be credited to you on your next invoice.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN EntreMANURE GOES ON VACATION?
When we get a chance, we like to go on vacation too. Our policy is to catch you up the following week on your regularly scheduled day. You will be notified in advance via a newsletter letting you know what dates we will be gone. There’s always a chance of an emergency. A last minute emergency requiring our presence may not allow us to notify you in time which would be the only reason you would ever be missed of cleaning without a notice. In which case the vacation policy would be the same.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Not at all! WE have the utmost confidence in our service and know you will appreciate the convenience and comfort of having a beautiful clean yard, without the hassle of doing it yourself. If for some reason you cancel your service, we ask that you give us the kind of notice you would expect if you were in our place.
CAN WE LEAVE OUR DOG(S) OUT IN THE YARD DURING CLEANING?
Dogs and us go way back. If however, your dog(s) for some reason takes a disliking to your friendly scoopers, your pets may be more comfortable waiting inside until we have finished.
WHAT IF MY CLEANING DAY FALLS ON A HOLIDAY?
If your cleaning day falls on an observed holiday such as: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day. You will be skipped until your next scheduled cleaning, at which time we will clean up two weeks worth of waste.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS DEBRIS OR LEAVES ON THE GROUND?
We do not move debris, leaves, branches, toys or other objects to find the waste. We do our very best to find the waste each and every time regardless what's on your lawn. But we cannot guarantee it all found and removed if the lawn/yard is covered with the above mentioned.
WHAT IF WE KEEP OUR GATE(S) LOCKED?
You must remember to unlock your gate on your pick-up day. You can rest assured your gate will be securely locked when we leave. Many customers give us a key or a combination to their locks in order for us to perform our services as we need to.
OUR “SATISFACTION GUARANTEED” POLICY?
Because of the pride we take in our work, we offer you a guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied that we’ve done our best job (meaning we missed “something” a few piles) call us that same day and we will do our best to come and make it right! Guaranteed!! However, we are not responsible for any waste your dog leaves after we have cleaned especially if they are out while we are cleaning, or if your kids let them out before you get home and you find some then. We are also not responsible for waste that may be under debris, water, toys, yard furniture, leaves etc. We do not move things around to find the waste. If your lawn is not mowed regularly it makes it difficult for us to find the waste and even scoop it up properly, so please keep your lawn mowed. We are not responsible for waste found after you mow your yard if you haven’t kept up with its cutting.
